Shipping

Domestic Shipping

 

For small orders we normally use 2nd Class post. Larger orders will also be sent normal post. If heavier than 2 kgs, an economic courier will be found. The customer will be informed on dispatch of the order.

 

We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

Most orders will be sent by normal post and the customer will be informed on despatch of the order.

 

If heavier than 2 kgs, an economic courier will be found. The customer will be informed on dispatch of the order.

Customs Duties

 

Custon Duties must be paid by the customer on receipt of their goods. Custom Duties are not the responsibilty of Scorpion Miniature Models.

 

 

PayPal (called Tax on the invoice)

 

I am sorry to have to add 4% to the total as our contribution to what PayPal actually charges us on every transaction.

VAT

 

We do not charge VAT to ANY customers anywhere in the world.

Tracking

 

Normally, I do not track your orders. If you would like your order to be tracked, please let me know by emailing me. I am afraid that this will increase your postal cost. Most countries in Europe (with some exceptions) and North America do not need to be tracked. Post may be slow at times, but is normally reliable.

 

Paypal, Bank Transfer and Email

 

We use Paypal as it is convenient for us and gives you added protection through their complaints process.

 

If you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, we will supply the details.

 

You can also order via email. Please send your enquiry to scorpionminiaturemodels@gmail.com stating the items you wish to order, the number of items you would like, together with your address. You will be contacted with a full price including shipping prior to payment.

Larger orders

 

Postage for our products is calculated by weight. If you would like to order multiple items that are likely to weigh above 2 kilogrammes, please contact us at scorpionminiaturemodels@gmail.com to let us know what you would like to order. We will give you a combined postal cost and PayPal invoice.

 

To purchase any of these items, simply click Add to Cart, choose your country, and you will be taken to your PayPal checkout.

 

Credit Card Payments

 

PLEASE NOTE that you DO NOT need a Paypal Account to use your card!

 

You can use a credit or debit card to complete the checkout process by following the simple steps below.

If you prefer to pay by card, go to Checkout. In the CHECKOUT window, enter your Shipping details, Delivery method and click Credit/Debit Cards. Enter card details and CONTINUE.
