Centurion Late Hull projects
Please click here to pay careful attention to what you might need
for your particular Centurion model.
Briefly, the late hull Centurions had deeper rear hulls with more fuel capacity,
different engine decks and protected glacis plates.
These versions have never been done in plastic in 1/35 scale.
The Amusing Hobby Conqueror kits (Mks.1 and 2) do not come with a cover for the main gun mantlet. They prefer to have a moveable gun. This simple piece is a straight replacement for the kit part to give a much more realistic appearance. The elevating parts in the plastic kit are not used.
